Default inconvenience

Order #: ******

The MAC Catback with 3" Stainless Tips (96-04 GT, 96-98 Cobra) and the MAC Off-Road H-Pipe (99-04 V6) that you ordered are currently out of stock. We currently have no ETA on this item. We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time we can offer you several options.

- We can switch your order to any similar products found on our website AmericanMuscle.com. (Different color, size, etc..).
- We can place your order on hold until the out of stock item is received at which time your order will ship immediately.
- We can ship the in-stock items immediately and the missing item(s) when they are back in stock (at no additional cost).

Again we apologize for any inconvenience. If you do not respond to this email, we will ship the product once it is in stock.

Thanks,

Aw man....I'm sorry Actually, we've been out of stock on those for awhile...As far as I know, there's not a single company that has them in stock, either. I don't have a firm date when these will come in, but it will probably be well after the New Year.

For future reference, if you order something off the internet, every item has a real-time inventory count on its page. So you automatically know if we have it. If it says out of stock, you can still order it, but you might be in for a wait.

I'm sorry

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that

The website definitely didn't say in stock...we've been out of those since the summer...

i got an email saying they should be in stock around the 20th. is that a date just to keep me from asking for my money back? or could this be true?

It's not our policy to send out emails that blatantly lie, just so you won't cancel your order. Any email you receive from us is to keep you informed about the progress and status of your order.

That being said, if you received an email with that date, then that's the latest information we received from Mac. I'll have to check on Monday when I get to the office. I'll let you know.

You're very welcome! I'm glad I could help

I checked into that for you and we ARE getting MAC product in this week. In fact, last time I went by the warehouse, it looked like some of it had already arrived. I think the only one we have scheduled to come in right now is the H-Pipe, though....

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
