Sorry you received it damaged! It would have gone out in another box to protect it from damage. It's entirely possible that UPS damaged the outer box and just decided to take the product out and ship it that way. Unfortunately, that happens sometimes. But, I'm glad you got everything okay and that the gears are installed!

It's entirely possible that UPS damaged the outer box and just decided to take the product out and ship it that way. Unfortunately, that happens sometimes. But, I'm glad you got everything okay and that the gears are installed!
