well thanks for all the info.. do you all see any? nott.. well that the last time i deal with them, she didnt even pm me back , i found a placce that every part was cheapwe then theres anyway. whats shipping 40 bucks .. and you discount here is 5 % LOL.

i didnt send you 10 pms telling you i love you .,and wanted to take you on as crusie, and so on?
p.s i thought you where open longer hours ...? remebere that you had lots of time , well you missed out not me , i order them all today , illl get them tommorrow . SO EXCUSE ME !

You sent me 11 PMs between 3 and 5:30 on Monday afternoon. If you want, I'll post every single one separately to remind you that you sent me 11 separate questions at a time. I asked you maybe twice for the locations where they are cheaper so that I could verify it. I'm sorry that you're upset that I wouldn't blindly give you a price match, but I like my job and I won't risk it for anyone.
I'm not going to fight with you. If you would like me to work something out for you, PM me and I will see what I can do, and I will get back to you as soon as I have a free minute to do so. I'm sorry you think I have so much time on my hands, but the forums is only part of job description. If you would like me write up a detailed list of what I do everyday, I will be happy to do so.

We are open longer hours, but I'm not working 13 hour days. I work my 8 hour shift, which varies in hours from day to day. I do have time to answer my customer's questions, but you have to work with me, too. I don't think my request was unreasonable.

i think youre right up to snuff with rpm sucklet! im out . if you want get a mod to dlete all this crap. so people would know how much trouble isit is to get parts out off you . it took me 5 mins to order all my parts not from youall ,maybe you should give discount, or nmacth prices. maybe that way people can get there parts shipped ou the same day 'just a thought'

I thought it might be a good idea to put some closure on this thread by making one last post explaining exactly what we do offer you guys!
Our customers are the most important part of the business -- we know that you are the only reason we exist, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests. Though we aim to have the lowest prices on the internet, we recognize that sometimes other retailers will beat us. To make up for that, we offer you guys a 6% forum discount.
Sometimes, though, that isn't enough to get the price lower. In that case, we offer a price match of their cost plus shipping. Keep in mind that we have free shipping on all of our products, anywhere in the lower 48 states!
When you ask for a price match, it will never be as quick as when you place your order on the web. We have to research the other retailer's price, and find out what the shipping cost is. Then we have to make sure that the price is not too low that we will get in trouble with the manufacturer. It's a bit of an involved process, but we try to get back to our customers in 24-48 hours about it.
