i got the wrong part in the mail from you guys (i ordereda 14 inch shorty antenna and i got a 6).

whats the procedure here?

btw, ive order a few things from you guys before and ive been very pleased with the quality of the product and the fast shipping. i understand mistakes happen.

 

Getting an RMA is actuallya very simple process. All you have to do is call in and any customer service rep will be able to set you up with an RMA to get you the correct part out right away.

i spoke to someone today. they told me i didnt even have to return the wrong item and they are shipping the correct antenna out today.

very pleased with the service.
