Default Bad Experience

I just baught a mustang so im fairly new to buying parts..A couple weeks ago i ordered Black One Piece Mustang LED Projector Headlights (87-93) from AM. I payed 279.99 for them, only to recieve the wrong headlights. I recieved Black one peice headlights that are not as pictured in the product i ordered.The headlights i ordered were wut i thaught were the halo or "agel eyed" headlights, but the ones i recieved only have three lil led's with 3 projection points no "halo's".. the one's that i ordered are suppose to have 4 places of projection two of them being the "angel eyes" two on the sides for blinker and im not sure wut the inside light is and the three little led's.I have sent numerous e-mail's regarding sending the product back to exchange them for the headlights that i payed for that are in the picture, and for the past to weeks i have only gotten one response and it was to tell me, to call customer service. So i did i called and left a message three times over the past week with no returned phone call i am very dissapointed in the service i heard nothing but great things from people about AM but now i am no longer a believer[:@]

Well, I can safely say without even seeing a picture of them that you definitely got the wrong headlights. I just ran out to our warehouse and opened a box and low and behold they were definitely not projectors....infact they were not even headlights that we sell. I brought this to the attention of our Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager to investigate where the mix-up occurred. The SKU# on the box is correct so more then likely the factory sent us the wrong item.

As far as far as not returning voice mails, we get a high amount of nonreturnable voice mails due to incomplete information. It is very important to leave your full name, full phone number (must include area code, we get a lot of messages left without an area code), and order number if you have it. If we do not have this information, there is no way that we canguess who you are to return your call. If you do not hear back from us within 24 business day hours, then we probably did not get your message, or we did not have call back information for you.

Our phone lines here are open 10-9 PM Eastern, so you will always talk to a human and never a Voice Mail box if you call during these hours. The only time it will give you an option for leave a message is if you call us after 9 PM Eastern when we are closed. I recommend calling us during our business hours as we can easily take care of the incorrect headlight situation. Alternatively, you can PM me your full name and/or order number and I can setup the exchange.

I talked to our Purchasing manager and we definitely got sent the incorrect headlights from the manufacturer, so we do not have any of the correct ones in stock. The wrong ones are going back to the manufacturer and we are getting the correct ones sent to us right away. I should have an ETA for them soon, hopefully they will be able to get them to us pretty quick since they screwed up. I got your PM with your order information and will send you a PM withsome more detailed RMA information as soon as I get it.
