Haha I was cleaning my car in the dark friday night like an idiot and all the sudden I felt a tug on my shirt and when i looked my 8" Shorty was bent WAY down haha so I went to bent it back slowy and it still cracked right at the base I am so mad at myself haha but 100% my fault those things are too delicate though they need to be made strong like the stock one ha just not as long..

LOL, I think if you bent a stock one all the way down right at the base it would break too. I think since the antenna is so short, you have less length to distribute the bend over, so it just gets pushed past its fatigue point in one spot. Beauty over brawn I guess!!!
