Default Emails not being returned

Okay, a few months back I ordered (among other things) an SCT X3; about a month ago, I had a new rear end gear installed, and need a new tune. Now, it's my understanding that I have free tunes for life. Anyway, I've emailed support@americanmuscle twice about it (including my order number) in the last month, and have yet to recieve a reply. I was just wondering if I've been emailing the wrong address (I believe that's the customer support address, right?) or what's going on.

Any help is appreciated; thanks.

support@americanmuscle.com is correct, or for tuning you want sct@americanmuscle.com. If you did not get a reply, more then likely we did not get your email. Usually this is caused by the email getting filtered out by our SPAM filters. Make sure your email address is not SPAMy looking, and that the subject and body of the email is clear, with correct capitalization and punctuation. Problems with any of these could cause it to be incorrectly flagged as SPAM by most email programs/webmail servers.

Best thing to do if your email is not getting through to us, is just give us a call. For tuning you can ask for Dan, our SCT guy and he can get you set right up.
