Did you try calling us? Most emails are answered within a day or two, so if you did not get an email back it would make sense to call us. If you did not get a response either your email to us ended up in our SPAM folder, or our email response to you ended up in your SPAM/Bulk mail folder.

To ensure emails get to us, make sure your email address is not SPAMy looking, and that the subject and body of the email is clear, with correct capitalization and punctuation. Problems with any of these could cause it to be incorrectly flagged as SPAM by most email programs/webmail servers.

LOL, I said no such thing. I would have no way of knowing that you would have internet access but not access to a phone. Usually it would be the other way around...infact I have personally never heard of someone having access to the internet and not a phone. I guess there is a first time for everything!

The problem could also be on your end, have you checked your SPAM/Bulk mailbox? It is common for webmail providers like AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. to have overly sensitive SPAM filters that do not like emails from companies. Our SPAM filters are adjusted to what would be considered standard in the industry, if they were anymore lenient it would be impossible to answer legitimate emails in a timely fashion. My personal account gets a couple hundred SPAM emails a day, even with our settings.

If you PM me your full name and/or order number I can look up your order and take care of you over the forums.
