i purchased a black bullitt fuel door from you guys fall of 09 and was very pleased with it. until i looked at it after this winter we've just had... all of the paint around the hinge and screws is bubbling badly ive heard of similar stories before the winter had even come. but i didnt anything of it. i didnt think it would've started to rust/chip/whatever is going on with it after less than a year of having it on the car.

i was wondering what if anything you guys could do for me.
