im looking to trade my motor and blower setup along with the efi and wiring harness/computer with msd 6al btm for a procharger f1/f2r or a vortech ysi/x trim setup. heres the details on the motor.

I am selling the motor out of my 92 lx which has powered me to a best of 10.61 at 127 mph in a 3200lb car this motor could power a lighter car easily into the 10.30s or 10.40s perfect street strip motor.


The motor consist of a Ford Racing Performance Parts crate motor with a sportsman block part number m-6007-xb3 crate motor http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FMS-M-6007-XB3M/ retailed for $5,295.0 when I bought it 2 years ago motor has around 11,000 miles on it oil was changed every 1000 miles with Castrol GTX 10-30 and 1 bottle of lucas oil stabilizer. The intake is a Trickflow Street Heat intake with 42lb. Ford Racing injectors, which are controlled with a stock computer that comes with the motor and with the tune that is in the car now it’s a Diablo sport piggy back chip that was tuned by Donnie Walsh Jr. the 3x pro 5.0 champion in the NMCA/NMRA the tune is conservative and I have never had any detonation. I also have another sct chip that comes with the motor that has 34 more hp and 10 ftlbs of tq then the chip that is in it. The motor made 494 rear wheel horse power on an older tune it is now making 474rwhp on Donnies tune and the air fuel ratio is great around 12:1. I will provide dyno sheets to buyer.

The supercharger on the motor is a Vortech v1-S trim with a 8 rib set up, and a 8 rib 8lb. crank pulley, The intake pipe is a Anderson Ford Motorsport Power pipe for the s trim 4” diameter , with a bosch bypass valve. It comes with chrome brackets another bigger pulley which will make 9lbs of boost currently it is making 16psi though the traps. The Unit was sent into Vortech after I bought it for a defect and they replaced the whole blower assembly I have only had the blower on the motor for 4600miles the blower sounds great has a nice whine to it and you will get noticed for its unique sound this is the loudest S trim supercharger I have ever heard there is nothing wrong with it just is louder then the rest of s trims I have heard.

The headers are bbk 1 and 5/8 equal length shorty headers with 2.5” off road h pipe and flow master 40 series mufflers and turndowns before the axle.

The motor has never overheated or been hurt its an outstanding street motor.

Im selling the motor because Im building a 358 ex nascar motor and have no use for the motor now, is still in the car can hear run and ill take you for a test drive if asked.
