Hi i have just got a 1995 V6 convertible mustang and was looking into components sets for it and was wondering if i could fit these in the doors with little to no mods there a tweeter (for a pillar) and a 6.5" midbass woofer and if you could help me out that would be awesome. thanks,

you shouldnt need to do much if anything but if you want something that is going to sound INCREDIBLE try a company that is based around SQ or SQL i own a pair of these and they are the best investment i have ever owned, even with 4 -12s in my explorer they keep up and their in expensive http://edesignaudio.com/product.php?...allery&cur=USD

 

omg lol im an ED fan nice to see another i had a 190v.2 on order but cancelled it cause i dont think it would fit in the mustang very well but im going to be puttin 2 13kv.2s and a Nine.1 in IB for the substage but thanks for the reccomendation so would a 6.5" component fit in the doors? with little to no mods?

 

Im ordering three 19ov.2's this week for customer installs. I wish I could get a hook up from ED and work for them, but for now Ill just keep it solo, does it have the Mach system? what kinda Head unit did it come with stock, Cassette, CD ?

 

unfortunetly i think stock is 5 1/4' but you can make a set of baffles for the 6.5s to fit, thats what i had to do on my explorer and it was very easy and worth it, like 1 hour for the first baffle with just a jigsaw and a steady hand an the 2nd one only took like 15 cause i just cut around the 1st one haha

 

hmm i have no clue my mom bought it for me as a gift i lucked out and its like 300miles away from me so im not sure but i will get a different HU before i put these in and would it work for the MACH system thing or not ?

PS. im gonna get Edi's 6000s now lol i forgot about them and there in stock

 

Let me know if you need a HU, I have a few places I can hook you up with for great prices, comes with warranty as well. I would do the 6000s for sure, leave a post on the Thread about what Sub to buy... I told the guy to get a pair of Eu700s and a viper or directed 300.1 let him know how awesome Ed is, and so you know, im putting tw 19ov.2s in mustang, they only need 2.5^ft3 sealed they less them most 12s ported or sealed 15s

 

yea im running Eu's in my room off my receiver and they shake my windows with only 30watts a channel lol there badass
so will the components fit? lol but yea if i got the 19 i was gonna run it in 3.5 with poly fill and 3.0 tuned to 35hz for comps but seeing as the mustang isnt much of an SPL car ill just keep to SQ lol but yea so will those components fit no prob?

 

those comps you would need to biuld baffles, but its so simple dude. take you 2 hours TOPS first time ever doing it. you know what baffles are right?

 

dude can you measure the rear deck on your stang and tell me what the dimensions are? from the back of the seat to the rear window or any other object that may be in the way, i wanna put 4 Eu700s in the rear deck for IB or two L5 8s
