Experts . . .what do you think? ? ? ?
Would there be a difference in sound if you run an auxiliary device (iPod) and split it off of your rca output on the radio(only one set) vs. splittting the signal off of the channel A rca inputs coming off of the pioneer amp? The amp does have channel B inputs as well.. If the stereo is running off of channel A on the amp would it make sense to run wires from channel B to the rca outputs on the radio and have a cannel A & B source coming off of the single set of rca's on the radio using y-adapters to allow for this? ? ? ? So basically channel A for the radio off the amp, and channel B for the ipod off of the amp to the radio? ? ? ? ? Would this be better ? ? ?
I figure the rca adapters will need to be connected together( taking two y-adapters , joining them together essentially giving them 3 female plugs instead of 2). This would need to be done for both. So 4 y-adapters total making 2 sets of 1male-3female rca adapters. Do you think this will have any issues running channel A&B inputs from the pioneer amp to the radio rca outputs(one set) since the ipod will be running off of there as well ? ? ? ? My setup works with amp & ipod going into radio using y-adapters. But is it ok for both channel a and b to go into the radio with the ipod? ? ? ? ? ?
