Default 12V power source?

I got my Ipod adapter from Blitzsafe and besides the 20 pin connector that goes into the rear of the Mach 460 head unit, there is a red external wire. The instructions say to wire it to a +12V power source. Where would I wire this to on my Mach 460?

thanks

Does it need to be switched?

I say find a wiring diagram for your year car and splice into the ignition lead. I don't think youd want to have power going to it 24/7. that will be the closest swtiched point since it is on the back of your head unit.
