dB means something to some people, mainly those in competitions. Thats what they like to do so deal with it, im sure you have your hobbies, these people have theirs.

And what do you define as huge? A 15"? An 18"? Because I have a huge woofer. A 9500 10" It's nearly as deep as it's cone size, within 1/2". Thats huge to me. But it's only a 10" right? If your talking huge in a ratio my 9500 is one of the biggest on the market, if you talk sheer size like those 30 odd inch Audiobahns. Thats another type of huge.

The layout of a car cannot really effect the SQ (you know what that means I hope). Unless your referring to putting new equipment and such in stock locations. I could make a school bus sound good, obviously im not putting speakers into the hollow, sheet metal ceilings. The only time the layout can really effect a car is in SPL competitions. And you clearly don't care about that as you stated so you voided your own arguement there.

No one here asked for a suggestion on a head unit. You think we would suggest the things we are and tell them to keep a stock radio?

2. Ok so if I have a 06 GMC Canyon with the stock Bose system, and go to Wal-Mart and buy those "Durabrand" or whatever it's called speakers, and put them in replacement of my Bose factory stereo it's going to sound much better correct?
