Default Question

I just bought a sony headunit and it should be in on monday(dont flame cause i like sonys headunits). After my headunit comes in i want to get a nice system with over 1500 watts but im not sure exactly what to do. I want to get two sont xplod 12' pentagonal subs but i heard they suck. Also, i wanna go with infinite kappa front door and rear seat panel speakers. Are these any good? I want to keep my cost under 700 for the speakers and subs if possible but i want to have atleast 1500 watts. what should i go with

Just get one sub instead of 2.You can get a kicker l7 12" for around $200 or maybe some lower line MTX,DD's,RE's,Memphis and ton of other brands out there to that you could buy just one sub for them and be twice as loud as the 2 sony subs.AS for the amp i would just look on ebay for a nice used 1500 amp"mtx, zapco,us amps,memphis..ect.and for door speakers just go to some shops and listen to what souds good to you.

The regular infinities are just as good as the kappa series, don't waste your money.

There are alot of ways make your sub fit in the spare tire well i would suggest usuing wood and fiber glass. your going to want to make sure is nice and sealed.I have 2 batts in my 91lx in the spare tire well.
