CAN Network question
Okay for you electronic guys out there....
The stock stereo has the CAN-Bus technology. The pinout on the back of the unit, Page 3 of 4, and wanted to know if anyone with the PIE could tell me how to let the Stereo know that an AUX in in use. Please let me know if anyone has a clue or not!

With just a quick glance, it appears that you need to do somethign with Pin 4 of J4 to activate the aux. As a disclaimer, I could be wrong, have been wrong, and will probably be wrong in most situations. (This is from my wife)
I am not sure if this needs to be supplied with a 12v, 5v or ground signal. Since I do not have the PIE, I have no way to test this theory either.
Good luck though.
