Ok, so the amps that are located on the rear amp rack in my 96 GT are shot. So I want to power my front and rear 6x8 speakers with an aftermarket amp. I was wondering if I would be able to use the factory wires that run from the speakers to rear amps by using one of the many wiring diagrams i've found online and run the power to the speakers that way instead of rewiring it?.....Bottom line I don't want to rewire the speakers....is this possible?

you can probably use the amp bypass kit that they make to do this. You would have to cut the hrns in half and splice rca's into them but it would work.

 

I have an aftermarket deck couldn't I just run RCA's from the deck to the Amp?
