Default Problems with CD Reciever, no power...

I have a Dual XD7500 reciever. It's been hooked up for several months now, no problems. Today I decided to remove the slave CD player below this one since I'm in no longer of need. I thought it was dumb to have a CD player that doesn't work down below, my Mustang is a 2000 so it has that separate slots. So today I removed the bottom one, and went to put in a CD Delete Pocket, but soon after I noticed my stereo shot off. The Dual Reciever has a motorized face plate, and in order to get the reciever out, that must be down. BUt without power I can't get it down.

But here is the twist. It is getting some power. Before, when my car was off, the face plate wouldn't motor down part way so I could put in a CD, the car would have to be on, but now, even with the car off it will go half way down when I push the eject button.

I have a feeling one of the wires was pulled out from the reciever when I pushed the pocket in. Now I have the pocket out, but I can't get the reciever out. It's frustrating. I checked the fuses, and everything is fine. I know it's getting power some sort of power, but it won't turn on. Could it be the memory wire? Does anyone know how I can get back behind, or remove this reciever. The keys won't work unless the thing is down. Thanks.
