dynamat will help to seal in some of the sound, and will reduce any rattles or buzzing you are getting from the speakers. It may help to improve the bass response a little, but it is mostly used as a sound deadening material to reduce rattles. I dynamatted my trunk and it killed all the rattles i got from my subwoofer, and definitely made a difference in the sound of the bass....its much tighter sounding. Its a nice thing to do, but if you are working with the stock system, I would consider upgrading the speakers to some aftermarket speakers first...like alpines or infinitys or something along those lines. That will make a bigger difference than just dynamatting the doors. Good luck!
