Sounds good, but depends on condition and as long as it's atleast an okay brand. If I were you, I would learn to install it and save a hundred bucks. It's not hard.

Do you have an aftermarket head unit?, if not you may not have any pre-amp outputs. Not having these pre-amp outputs you will not be able to run subs. IIRC the stock unit doesn't have pre-outs.

wait wait wait......... What are the model numbers of the equipment before ya go and get them? I have seen amps with 800 WATTS written in large letters on the amp and found they didn't have enough power to push a small sub....

Ok I think you mean getting a CD player which you would need for the pre-amps but there's no way you should spend $100 to get this installed. With a little time and some patience you can do it easily, it's a very simple install. I've never heard of 7 or 9 inch subs before unless he's selling you some sort of strange sized component speakers or something, but maybe I'm crazy.....but either way 400 bucks for a cd player, speakers, and everything to install it with is not a bad deal, as long as it's not some janked up brand then you'll be fine
