how much do you know how to do? it is easy to break it down and say:
1.)pwr wire goes from the battery to the amp, and is fused 12 inches from the battery. This supply's the amps power
2.)rca's go from the deck to the amp to supply the audio input for the amp
3.)the remote turn on goes from the remote turn on ouput of the deck, to the remote turn on input on the amp(run with rca's)
4.)Speaker wires go from the speaker output of the amp, to the subs to supply the amplified signal for the subs.

If you want a step by step of which screw to remove, which panels to take off, ect. It is much harder....

No, I just don't know where to plug any of it in, and my stupid amp kit didn't come with RCA wires... so thats another $50...

Did you look at the amp kit and see all the things it came with? I'm not really familiar with stereo equipment but got my headunit in without any problems and I heard that this is much easier.

Look at my Sub/Amp kit, do I need the RCA wires?

Thanks!

O.K. Jeff,

It looks like your amp has speaker level inputs. Tap into the rear speaker wires under the rear deck and send the signal to the amp from there. Don't bother w/ the rca converters. If your amp has a built in LP crossover or LP adjustments you wont hear the difference with the right settings especially with that thing in the trunk, with the rear seats muffling the bass clarity anyway. Trust me I've done it both ways. The 4 Ga power wire goes direct to the battery + through the inline fuse. I found the easiest rought through the DRIVERS side. There's a large sticky, rubber sheild that can easily be punched through. Run the power cable along the firewall and cover it with black wire loom. It looks stock and you don't have to remove your battery to get at the wire. The ground, well, goes to a ground, any one.

For the amp turn-on. Instead of going through the hassle of taking out your head unit, just hook it to a switched spare fused port in the passenger side kick panel.

Mine is hooked up as described and sounds great. My amp gain control ( if equipped) is mounted in the center console.

dude you shoulda posted BEFORE starting the install as the best way would have been to do all the wiring for the sub amp first..so you wouldn't have to take the HU out again...also you can get away with the speaker level inputs...but RCAs will give you the best and most secure connection
