Default Interior LED's including Head Unit. And Ipod Aux adapter

Hello!
I've recently purchased an iPod that i would love to connect to my 2002 Mustang radio. However, it seems that the only way to have an aux input to the radio is to remove the 6cd changer, & make it useless. Are there any adapters out there that would allow for the aux input, and KEEP the cd changer intact for normal use?

Also,
While i'm taking out the radio, I was thinking about changing the dash & instrument panel colors. I would assume the dash would be fairly easy, however, the instrument panel must be difficult. On top of that, i cannot find any documentation on changing the color/led's inside the head unit of the 02 mustang. Would it be possible to change the color of the radio display? I believe it would be rather pointless to have a blue or red theme throughout, and then have a green display sitting in the middle of the dash. Also, how difficult would it be to change the instrument panel colors?

Any links, or documentation on these matters would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, I was looking to do the same thing you did both with the LED lights and connecting the IPOD. I have had people tell me that the LED's would be real tough so i scrapped that and i bought this IPOD Adapter despite the fact that it says it does not work with the in dash cd changer, it does. I have it in my car and sounds awesome. I also bought the belkin adapter that charges my ipod as well that works great. The only thing I dont like is now my driver side speakers dont work. But i think something's pinching. But I have had no issues and it was very simple to install.
