Can you wire 2 subs to a mono amp and if so how?

All depends on the amps and subs you got. Are the subs 4 or 2ohm rated? Single or dual voice coil?

What can the sub handle for an ohm load? 1, 2, 4, ?

Need to know that before you just throw out a wiring diagram otherwise you can damage the speaker and/or the amp.
