some one cut the the stereo plugs of the wires so i have a cluster F--K. does anyone kno were i could buy these plugs on the net or am i gunna have to go to a junk yard, the car is a 89 gt 5.0 power windows power mirrors, power locks. and is there anyway i could use the plugs of a 87 and does anyone have a wiring diagram or kno were 1 could be located thanx kyle

If you are trying to install an aftermarket radio, you could just hardwire everything and therefore you wouldn't need the factory plug because you wouldnt be using a harness. What exactly are you trying to put in? If it is a factory deck, then yes, you will need to find the factory plug.

ye ive been trying to put an aftermarket stereo in it. ive went through 3 decks hard wire'n it and i keep blowin um up.

first get a test light or voltmeter. Check EVERY wire for voltage with the key off, on, and with the lights on. You wil be able to find your +12v constant, switched, as well as the dimmer wire. Now with those identified, take a AA battery and touch one wire to one side, and one wire to the other side. If you have found 2 wires that go to a speaker, that speaker will make a light popping noise and you have that speaker wires for that speaker. If nothing happens replace one wire with another and try again, repeat this until you have all the speaker wires.....
