I need electrial guys here to help me out. I want to wire up my 2 speed taurus fan to run both settings at different temps.

I have a preset temp that comes on at 195* that I want to run the low speed on the fan. I also have a adjustable temp probe that Im going to have the hig speed come on at 215*. I need to know how to wire this up.

 

I have never done it personally. But I am thinking relays personally. Use one per setting with the temp probe to switch it on.
