SPEAKERS
Well, I looked around and I couldn't find a clear cut answer for this...In fact, I think it should be a sticky because I know there are alot of audio mustang noobs on here like me.
I am replacing ALL of my speakers and have a few questions...everyone put in your $.02 and let us know what worked the best for you or what you recomend that way people like me can find all the information they need easily in one place.
1. What is the LARGEST size that can be bolt in the doors and rear deck without useing adaptor plates or any customization/ hassle???
2. What size is recomended (without custom amps) in each area???
3. What brands do you recomend using or staying away from.

do you have a standard or premium radio in the car now? 6 x 8 is the biggest you can fit with out any hassles. You can also fit a 6.5 componant system if you know how to make some baffles. These speakers can be powered by a descent deck, but will sound better with a little more power from an amp. As for brands to stay away from there are too many to list. I would recommend someplace other then best buy but you need to go in and listen and see what you like and then we can tell you yes, no, or run........
