ok i installed 6x8 3 way pioneers and i dont think they sound that good when they are cranked up....i have a pioneer head unit and no amp.....it maybe possible i messed up the wiring and one or more speakers are not working properly...i have a haines manual and it has the wire colors but it doesnt say positive or negitive.....is there any diagrams that are correct

the pioneers i had sounded like crap to when you installed the head unit did u use an adapter plug?

yea i bypassed the factory amp....i connected the power harness to the headunit and then speaker harness to the headunit........im just not sure if i crossed the wires in the speakers cuz i had no clue which was + and -

they should all be color cordinated, stripe to stripe, solid to solid, color to color
