Hi guys

I need some help

I've just bought the Alpine IVA-W200,.

problems

1)
There is no picture on the screen when i put in a dvd

2)
There is no sound in the front speakers when i play music from a cd, og play a dvd movie, only in the rear... but when i play radio on it, all the speakers are playing.

3)
I cant get into the "OTHERSETUP" menu under setup.. a guy from alpine told me that it was because the parking brake wire was not connected.. so i took it back to the guy who installed it, and he connected the wire.. still no luck

So i searched a little around and found this forum where you talked about a module called "Peripheral PTR7 Signal Controller"... I've just bought it, but will this really solve my problems?? and does anyone know how to connect this controller?

Hope someone can help me with my problems, im dire straits here not fun to buy a stereo like this and not be able to use it
