Will the Shaker 1000 head unit work in my 1999 Explorer? I see an opportunity to put a new radio in the Stang.

 

It's not impossible. The wiring might get a little difficult because it'll likely be different.

If you get someone that knows what there doing, I dont see why not.

 

that head unit is bigger than the opening of the Explorer (I believe...i know the explorer was double din but the 05 mustang double din is bigger)...do you want the whole system in it or just the head unit?...if just the head unit then you should sell the shaker and get the proper 6 cd that will fit the explorer
