Hey gang, i am looking to put subs in my car for more low end. I have a convertible so space is limited, and it needs to be something i can take out or takes up less than half the trunk space. any guidance on something i will be able to hear with the top down at 80 mph?

 

Well with the top down your interior will build almost no sound pressure (spl's). So 80mph with the top down may be a little tough on a "removable" set-up. If your looking to save space I would doa single sub set-up.

it'll work just fine, make sure you put enough power to it though

 

kicker l7 with a rockford fosgate 2000 watt comp amp with a 2 farad cap isperfect

 

I have 2 RF 10's in a basic best buy box with, sounds great, I like tight bass like you get from a 10, not the loose rap bass you get from a 12. But that's just my personal preference.
