Seriously, speakers do not like a clipped square signal.

Tweets are in a place they could stay. I would adjust the crossoverto -3 or -6 db on the tweet to adjustfor its position closer to your head.

They are 80 watts rms

I'd like to spend the least amount of money on a decent quality amp.

No pyle red lable 1 million watts for $19.99 either [:'(]
