Good idea on the sub but bad execution. Kenwood amps are mediocre at best

1. The sub you linked is an 8 ohm sub. You really want either a 4 ohm single or 4 ohmdvc sub. I would recommend this http://tcsounds.com/tc1000.htmwith dvc 4 ohm.

2. Depending on theresistance of the sub youchoose, it will change the requirements of the amp and with the sub recommended above, you would be much better off with ..

b. http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/4352$115, better quality, but a little less power
c. http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/4368 $219, better quality, great power for the money. Would easily power two if you decided to get another.
d. http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/5051$299 Great amp, a little more expensive
