Hi
Here is the situation. I got an ugly 225 RMS mono amp and want to mount it out of sight. I think the best place to mount would be under the rear deck of my S197. I have a 3 year warranty on the cheap amp andwill not be pushing it hard at all. So here are the questions.

1. Should Imount something between the amp and the metal underside of the Rear Deck?
2. If so, what?
3. Since I am not pushing the unit would heat be a problem for me?
4. Any other reason why not to do this?
