It depends on the amp. Specs would be nice. (RMS output at given resistance)

You can always be safe and use 4 gauge. That is what I would do. If you go bigger its never a problem, but small wire just means to upgrade later in your new addiction.

I always recommend this wiring kit... http://knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KOL-AK4

It has 4AWG power/ground, and has plenty of speaker wire in case you mess up somehow. Its quality wire too, and at a great price.

That is a great kit at a great price. KnuKonceptz has been around for a while and it very reputible.

It's also less then half the price you would pay at best buy for crummyier equipment.

I can't imagine sticking 1/0 throught that little rubber gromet in the firewall. I had a hard enough time getting 4AWG through it on 2 of my friend's Mustangs, the rubber was so thick and didn't cut easily. Granted, I was really cold and using a razorblade to cut through it, I'm sure a drill would have been much easier...

Hey fellas thanks a lot. I ended up going with this, as you suggested: http://knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KOL-AK4##

They have an ebay store, so I didnt even have to sign up. [sm=smiley20.gif]
