i have a jvc deck and two 12's. My stario worked fine for about 6 months then the other day it started to have problems. When i would go from a stop all the sound would cut out then when i would hit the brake i would get sound again. The stario would stay on and keep playing there would just be no sound. It got worse and worse and now it wont put out sound any time. I have the stock amp under my passenger seat and its still connected. I took the head unit out and checked all the connections and they all seemed fine along with the connections at the amp and all the speakers. None of my speakers are blown. Ive checked all the fuses in the deck and all the fuses on my car...all looked fine. Anyone ever have this problem? And what can i do to fix it?

 

check if your amp's getting power and signal and go from there
