Just a decent 300W RMS amp will do. I use an APC602 that puts out 300W RMS bridged, or 150W RMS X 2 for two subs. It's not a lot of power but I use it for my 200W RMS Eclipse SW4000... but I only got low-spec stuff because I don't care to have street bass that blows the neighborhood away, lol. But for your situation with a 300W RMS subwoofer... get an amp like mine or similar and it'll do what you need it to do.
How many of those subs do you have? What is your budget? I can go just about as cheap as you want.
Remember knucklehead, if he has two of those subs he needs closer to 600 watts rms. It is always great to have too much power, but low power is what blows speakers due to amplifier clipping!
