i have a 89 5.0 gt and want an alternator upgrade. can i use a 94-95, i heard it is a direct swap and it puts out like 130 amps, is this true? or does anyone else have any advice as to a cheap way if possible, to get a high amp alternator that will bolt in without other mods? thanks ryan

 

the 94/95 will need a lil massaging but not much..there is a guy on ebay that rebuild the stock case for 130 amps for a direct bolt on..might want to check it out
