Is a 800watt pioneer amp enough to run 2 polk db 600watt max subs? Also would I need a capaciter or dynomat you think? Thanks.

Yeah, is it a decent amp, not really.

No capacitor.

Dynamat, no. Sound deadening, yes.

Use damplifier or damplifier pro. Its from http://www.secondskinaudio.com/store.php?category=70 best thing for your money out there.
