Default Will this combo work?

I'm recently bought my first car (89 4 cyl.) and the previous owner took out all but 1 speaker. So I need more sound. Anyways, will this combination work? I wouldn't ever turn it up as loud as it would go, by the way.

(Two) 12" Pioneer subs http://tinyurl.com/2x2u7h
-RMS: 150 watts
-Input Impedance: 4 Ohm

Pioneer 2 channel amp http://tinyurl.com/25rzv7
-760W max 125 x 2 nom.
Output: 125 Watt - 4 Ohm - 20 - 20000 Hz - 14.4V DC - 2 channel(s) ¦ 190 Watt - 2 Ohm - 20 - 20000 Hz - 14.4V DC - 2 channel(s) ¦ 380 Watt - 4 Ohm - 20 - 20000 Hz - 14.4V DC - 1 channel(s) [/align]

You will just have 1 speaker and 2 woofers then.

Will it work? Yes.

Is it pratical in anyway whatsoever? No, absolutly not.

And you can get alot better and actually reliable equipment for that for similiar cost.

Hahah, I already replaced 3 of the missing speakers. I just need 2 tweeters and subs.

So you're saying that they are just bad? Why? Are they going to blow withen a week or something?

What type of speakers did you replace the missing speakers with?

Are you just adding tweeters or do you have aspirations for quality full range audio?

The equipment is not bad, but you can do much better for the cost.

I have these up front http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1134702498636

And something like these in the back

" Are you just adding tweeters or do you have aspirations for quality full range audio? " ...What? Do you mean could I put a bigger speaker in or something?

How much better can I get for $240?

For a total of around $400 you could have had front components (100 times nicer then those pioneer 5.25's), a 4 channel amp, and one or two subs.

This is the type of thing I would have done...

Fronts: http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=5208$99
Amp: http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/2837$77
Subs: 2 x http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/pro...products_id=30(Dual 4 ohm) $180

That totals a little under $400 including shipping and would be a pretty nice full range stereo. Definately an awesome bang for the buck setup!

Change that sub to one ed13kv.2 (dual 4ohm vc) and you've got the very system I've been planning for... Now to fix everything else on the car first!
