Default help car alarm problems

I have a Auto Page car alarm system w. the remote that looks like a miniature cell phone (don't have the box near by). The guy that installed it put the alarm on / off light in the console where the shifter boot is located with no slack in the wiring. Last Friday I was making adjustments to the shifter when both wires to the little bulb got pulled out. The red wire touched a piece of metal and gave a little spark. Now both wires are out of the bulb (I rapped them in electrical tape) and the alarm will not work. I don't know if I fried the thing, I checked all the fuses and have no clue whats up.
Oh yea the guy that installed the alarm hasn't called me back yetin over a week.

Default RE: help car alarm problems

that should not cause a problem on the alarm, if it is that easy to get around the alarm you have bigger problems....

You should be able to replace the led and be good-to-go.....
