Default High Output 10" Subwoofer

I am looking for a high output 10" subwoofer for a sealed box. I have a sealed box laying around that fits in my Mustang and doesn't take up too much space - I would like to use it. What 10" subwoofer do you recommend? I am not sure whether or not the ED subs are good for sealed enclosures? I was thinking of this amp also:

Great amp to start with. Go with the eD 11Kv.2 or 11Ov.2. First though, what size is the box? What are the dimensions?

Go look at it! Measure it with a ruler, width/height/depth/angle if it is slanted.

1. If you are using a pre-fab box then im not going to waste my time making any suggestion.
2. You know that amp is putting out 220 watts right? Theres no high excursion woofers out there that will operate properly with 220 watts.

With that kind of power I would say the 11Kv2 eD is about the best your looking at. Maybe something super cheap from DD? Those Power Acoustik FUBAR's move some air, but they sound like crap and you will need to break it in for a solid month before really getting on it, otherwise plan on returning it to BB 3 times a week like I had to. But im sure you can find them for around $100 online.

Just wait and get a bigger amp and if this box your talking about wasn't made by someones hands, dont waste the time or money on any HO woofer.

Also, make sure if is was built by hands, it wasn't by the hands of Chinese children.

What about this sub?

If so, what amp can I push that with half way decent that is around 100 bucks? Also, what specs would I need to build a box to? I would like to mold it into the trunk somehow maybe on the right side if I can work that out.

The profile HA700M comes to mind and that amp is like $70

The profile CA1000M could also be used and is a little closer to $100.

ED has the specs on the website and it sounds like you might want to try fiberglass!
