Default dvd playback

i had an in dash dvd player installed in the mustang but the video wont play unless car is in park thats just dumb.i only put it in so the kids could watch it when they were in the car with me.there is a wire that is hooked to the e-brake system that needs to be cut and grounded.can anyone tell me where this wire is.any help would be greatly appriciated thanks

It comes out of the back of the headunits harness, the color depends on the unit, refer to your manual and find out which one it is and run it to a ground or splice it into the headunits ground.

that wire will be at the brake. There is only one going to it problem is just gettin to it.....
