amp question.
As of right now I have 2 12" kicker conp vr subs. And I had a 300W 2-channel crossfire amp. It was a good amp until a few day's ago it stopped working. So I was thinking of getting a JL 500 watt amp. Heres the link to it- http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-JL-AUDIO-500...QQcmdZViewItem. But if there is a better amp for the price, suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
holy crap is that over priced.

what are you going to do with your old amp? I can probably send it in for warranty if it hasnt been tinkered with yet.

I haven't done any thing with it its still bolted into my sub box in my car. But how long do warranties last? Because I know this amp is anywhere from 2-5 years old.

If you had $300 budgeted for the amp, I would definately look into somehting better then hifonics. Those amps aregood for the moneym but you can do much better.
I would look into an elemental designsNine.2x or Nine.2, I have really enjoyed my diamond audio amps, and the lower levelZapco stuff would also work well for you.
Whatever you do, jut amke sure you get an amp that can power better subs when you decide to upgrade.

What are the specs of your subs? Are they SVC 4 ohm, DVC 4 ohm, DVC 2 ohm etc, and what are their power requirements.
What is your budget? (How much do you really want to spend.)

400W rms
800wPEEK
The most would be probably 350....unless there is a very good amp and then I'd go 400.
