I want to install a headunit out of a 2003 MACH1 (the on with the 6 cd changer) into my 2001 v6 vert with the regular radio/cassette/single cd headunit. I was able to plug in the wiring harness and antenna and get the radio to work fine. However the cd changer keeps on giving an error message. It shows that all cd slots are full, doesn't want to eject anything and doesn't let me put in any more CDs.
Is there anything I can change to make this work? I noticed the new headunit has at least one set of connections the old one doesn't have, should I connect anything else or change anything in the wiring?
