Rattling Still
Hello again,
I just dynatmatted my passenger door today and I was still noticing a rattle coming from that side right from the speaker itself. Is it possible its the speaker itself or did I miss something while dynamatting.
Thanks

It just rattles when the bass is turned up. I have the mach system. I put all the screws back in and it was def. snug with the door because of the dynamat. I think it is just the speaker. Does it on both doors though.
I turned the bass all the way up and the treble all way down and music down and it sounds like its just rattling right where the speaker is. I just can't figure out why it is rattling.

try playing the speaker so that it makes the rattle. Now try pushing on the mounting points of the speaker, then try pushing in different spots where the plastic mount, mounts to the door. See if you can isolate the rattle. It could also be the door panel. Try holding different spots to see if you can reduce it.
I have this exact same problem...the rattle is only noticeable with deep bass and when i put all the power to the passenger side it stops. hopefully the speaker is not blown because i do not feel like dealing with it. if u find out what it is let me know.. I have heard of other people hearing this rattling also and its always on the passenger side.
