Default 95 5.0 battery relocation ?

Im doing a battery relocation on my 95gt and was wondering if i can use the positive terminal on the fuse box for my positive relocation cable and alternator cable that used to go to the positive battery post. I know it will work, but will it heat up and melt the plastic fuse box ? it shouldnt get any hotter than a regular battery terminal does, which i never really checked but dont think it could be very hot.

no you will be fine. you are 1/3 of the way through a big 3 upgrade if you have some extra ground wire.....

you need to run a larger ground from the engine to the chassis, and a larger power cable from the alt to the battery. The stock pwr cables are a little 8 awg wire. Alot of amplifiers today in aftermarket systems require 4 awg. I think it is on page 3 or 4 of my cardomain site in my sig.
