Opinions on potential system
Ok, for christmas I plan on getting a new system for my 07 gt. I already have a nice head unit and am wondering how you guys think this setup will be.
Comps-DLS UP6 powered by an eD nine.2
Sub-1 eD 13Ov.2 powered by an eD nine.2X
and 60 sq ft of edead v1SE
it totals to a bit under 1000. just wanted some opinions on how this will work and if theres anything better i could get for them money.

That is nearly exactly what i want (DLS MS6A but with a 9.2X) to match my dual 11Ov.2's sealed. Nice choices. Other ideas for comps could be
CDT HD-62's
MB Quart Q series
Zapco RH-16.2 (or the RB but i like the RH-16.2)
Boston Acoustics Pro Series
I would go with either the CDT's or the DLS's. If you can find these others around to listen to, i would check them out too.

You guys both have quality tastes. Either system would be just grand, if installed properly.
I had CDT EF-61CF's (the "Euro" versions of the HD-62's) and they were decent, although I liked my Alpine Type-X's a bit more, but my CDT's never were really installed "correctly", so I can't say for sure if they were worse than the Alpine's or not.
I'm using some OEM 5.25" plate components (No, I'm not joking) that are shockingly nice (again, not joking in the least) and cost me a whopping $5 per set.
Just curious, but what headunit are you planning on using?

Looks like a nice unit.
I've been out of the headunit scene for a while.. I'm using an Alpine CDA-7897 in my Mustang and a CDA-7998 in my Expedition.
