So i installed a new alpine head unit and hooked up all the connections to the adaptor behind it, but i cant get my two door subs to work. the adaptors that came with it both plug into two of the factory wiring harnesses, but one of the adaptors has two wires hanging off (blue and white-supposed to go to amp turn-on)....where is the amp turn on...i think thats whats making the door subs not work...but then theres another factory wiring harness that had nothing to plug into so maybe thats it....HELP PLEASE

 

anyafter market deck will not alow you to use a factor amp you have to by pass the amp ur self.

haha you just have to find the amp and send a switch source to it ur self or do what i did and just put in a new in the back, then wire it to ur speekers.

 

take the kick pannel out and then the speeker out and find the matching wires in the cabben and wire the amp to there.

 

but where is the amp...i didnt install a new amp...just a new head unit but i cant get those two two subs with the shaker500 system to work

 

beacouse you have to bypass ur factor amp find it under ur seat or somthing!!!!!!
