Default Bass problem

Some may remember me,

I'm the twit that got the CDT (Midrange+Crossover+Tweeter collection), JBL 10" 250RMS [1,000 Max] x2 subs, a JBL 520 4-channel amp, and I got a Boss 1,200 Max monoblock [600 @ 2-Ohm]

Well, I set everything up. I split the monoblock, and to my knowledge, the subs are working fine.

But the front speakers only play bass... and sometimes not play at all.

Everything is plugged in right [I'm nearly positive], and I can't find any setting on my HU that will change it [I have a Pioneer DEH-P6900UB]

Can anyone give me some suggestions? I've switched the RCAs on the back of the HU a few times, enough so that I've tried every different one. Right now, my subs are plugged into my RCA jacks that say "rear" and my front are plugged into my RCA jacks that say "front".

Like I said, all I get from the front is bass, and sometimes nothing at all.

Ttocs should be able to easily help you with this. If he doesn't reply to your post, send him an IM.

Good luck.

I'd double check your rca's again. Do you have any sort of crossover on your aftermarket HU?

I would check to make sure the speaker wires are not crossed.
