Big sound deadening project..
Been a long time since I've been in here, how y'all doing? Inspired by another member on MF.com, I'm about to start a sound deadening project to help make my 67coupe more pleasing to ride in. Currently the car does not run, as it is a complete build-up, but the classics are notoriously noisy and with a mild 351W w/ dual flowmasters to back it up, I dont want to kill my ears. This will cover most of the interior panels, including floor, firewall, roof, trunk, perhaps inner doors, and some other things hard to explain unless you know the classics.
Now remember this is on a budget, xmas and tuition killed my wallet, but what would you suggest? I'll need roughly 100-130sqft.
Currently my best option is from Fatmat which is offering 100sqft of 80mil with roller and knife (I already have a heat gun btw), for 180$shipped. If I need a bit more, I'll just pick up some peel n seal locally to patch whatever is left.
What do you think, 180$ isnt bad for me, but I'm open to suggestions and what you guys did.

go to local hardware store, get some aluminum backed gutter repair tape. $28.00 for 25sf.
works the same as raammat. Maybe a tad thinner, but not much. A brand name i've heard people use to sound proof is Protecto Wrap.

I'd do the eDead liquid, you could spray it on, I have heard people use one of the Black and Decker sprayers for it, or just brush it on.
Gallon is $50 and will do about 50 sq. feet per gallon.
